Payment
• TBT accepts DBS/POSB I-Banking or ATM Bank Transfer.
• Pls ensure payment is made within 24 hours via DBS/POSB I-Banking or ATM Bank Transfer.
• All payments will be verified by 10pm daily. Any payment received after 10pm will be verified on the next day.
• Items will be released to the next interested buyer(s) if payment is not received within the stated 24 hours.
• No reservations are allowed unless on special case by case basis. To avoid this, please be sure of your order before sending us an email.
• All items paid will be mailed out the next day (24 hours).
Shipping
• All postage services are provided by Singpost Singapore.
• Customers can opt for Normal or Registered postage.
> For Normal postage: FREE (Yes, We absorb all normal postage charges!)
> For Registered postage: Additional of $2.24 is required on top of price displayed or Simply purchase 3 or more mix items and enjoy FREE reg.postage from us!
• Bubble wraps are provided for fragile items.
• Registered postage is highly recommended.
• Registered article tracking numbers will be updated via the Track Your Articles page on a daily basis.
• Mass meetup will be available for bulky items.
• TBT only accept local shipping at this point of time. For international shipping, please drop an email to emailbtales@gmail.com for more information.
Note: Postage charges are subjected to changes from time to time.
Return and Exchange
• All items undergo strict quality checks before mailing.
• Strictly no return or exchange unless items received are defective.
• Strictly no return or exchange for online/outdoor sale items.
• If you receive a defective item, please contact TBT via email within 03 days from the date of item received. A similar replacement item will be sent to our customer for defective items.
• If Item is OOS, a full refund will be made within the next 24 hours.
• TBT may request for images of the defective items as a form of verification check before a replacement is send out. We encourage our customers to coordinate for this form of verification.
Terms and Conditions
• TBT is not responsible for any loss of your items via normal postage. To avoid, please kindly opt for registered postage.
• All items displayed are brand new.
• Prices are strictly non-negotiable.
• TBT assume the right to reject a transaction at our own discretion.
